CS4RI District Implementation Grants

CS4RI announces the opening of applications to Computer Science Implementation grants that are intended to accelerate the integration of computer science activities with existing learning experiences in elementary and middle schools (grades K-8) and in-depth computer science courses at the middle and high school levels (6-12). The grant incentivizes and empowers educators to come together as CS4RI Advocates for their district to develop a comprehensive K-12 district-level CS plan through a series of facilitated workshops. The grant also increases district capacity through the CS4RI Implementation Specialist’s expertise, support and guidance. Stipends of $1000 are awarded to CS4RI Advocates Priority is given to urban districts and schools demonstrating need through Title I eligibility.
